Congrats to my friend Rich who placed 5th in the Expert Downhill catagory!!!! You rock, Rich!!!

Also, a big congrats to Jason, Frank, Rich, Matt, Mike, Piper, Mo, Kim, and all the other Bellas for completing the cross country and Downhille race !

DOWNIEVILLE CLASSIC

Back from the Dowieville Classic and what a weekend it was. DeAnna and I had a great time resprsenting the Velo Bellas and volunteering with registration and race times.

Here are a few things we saw:

* Someone registered at Lloyd Felloverbars (I asked for ID but he wasnt having it)
* A rider road in without a saddle.
* A rider road in with a broken handlebar.
* Several riders road in with flat tires.
* My friend Mike road in with a tube wrapped around his tire. This was after several other attempts to repair the tire.
* Two riders started fighting right in front of us as we checking them in.

The band on Saturday was hillarious! I'll have to find their website and post it. Mike, please copy that CD as soon as possible for us!

We ran into so many Bellas including Miss Mary, Kim Hieser(kim, I hope I didnt destroy your last name here), Disco Piper, and Mo (Meredith) to name a few.

The Team Wrong Way guys were tons of fun to tease too!
